  14.      The iisslloowweerr() function tests for any lower¡case letter for which none of
  15.      iscntrl(3),  isdigit(3),  ispunct(3),  or isspace(3) is true.  In the
  16.      _`_`_C_'_' locale, iisslloowweerr() returns true only for the characters defined as
  17.      lower¡case letters.

  20.      The iisslloowweerr() macro returns zero if the character tests false and returns
  21.      non¡zero if the character tests true.
